As you'll have read, our tours are not the standardised "book from a brochure" type.

We prefer you to tell us what you want - dates, destinations, accommodation standards, pick-up and drop of points.

Simply, use the email form in the "Contact Us" section of the website - then provide us with a few essential details - and we'll give you a draft itinerary and provisional price quotation.

If this appears acceptable, then we can prepare a more comprehensive travel agenda for your tour - and definitive costings.

PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS:
The payment process only begins when when we have agreed a final itineray for your tour.

A number of payment methods are available - depending on how close the booking and departure dates are. For extended tours, we require a 25% deposit in advance and final settlement 14 days before departure (excluding accomodation).

For same-day, or short-notice tours, payment should be made at the point of departure.
